Day 1: Fly to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Launch Cruise
In the morning, obviously after breakfast, our knowledgeable drive guide will pick you up from the hotel where slept the previous night. This is probably the world’s longest channel joining Lake George and Lake Edward. The cruise furnishes opportunities to spot numerous aquatic animal species like hippos and crocodiles. You will also see other animals that come along the shores for drinking water in the afternoon. Returning to the lodge will be in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Chimpanzee Trekking
Wake up for an early morning breakfast, obviously after breakfast and embark on the safari vehicle. The game drive in Queen Elizabeth national park is one that exposes you to several wildlife species in just a few hours of the drive. Be sure of spotting the elephants, buffaloes, lions, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, warthogs, oribis and many others. The drive also presents scenic views of the stunning landscape filled with craters and crater lakes.
In the afternoon after a palatable lunch, head out of the lodge for a community encounter with the local people who live in or around Queen Elizabeth national park. You will have personal interactions with the local people to see the world through their eyes. Enjoy traditional performances and taste the local cuisines.
Day 3: Fly back to Entebbe
In the morning after breakfast, check out of the lodge and fly back to Entebbe. That will be the end of your trip.
